TMM worked closely with Practice Administrator Pam Scherer to identify the unique values the practice brings to patient care. The agency used these to create a new brand positioning statement to help guide both external and internal activities, as well as a complete brand package including a new logo, collateral and identity materials such as business cards and note cards.
To help increase awareness among both long-time residents and those new to the greater Wake County area, the agency developed a comprehensive print ad campaign, and has also implemented a targeted direct mail effort.
With more patients going online to look at new providers and specialists, TMM got Blue Ridge Ob/Gyn started on search engine optimization (SEO) and assisted the practice in further improvements to its website, including visual graphics and messaging. Continuing to serve in a consulting role, the agency is now working to develop a 2013 budget for advertising and marketing to support outreach efforts.
